From the very beginning, Bill showed a level of transparency, knowledge, and patience that truly stood out. As someone new to renting a storage unit, I came in with questions and some uncertainty. Bill went above and beyond to make sure I understood every part of the process, from the available units to the security of the facility and overall ease of access. His honesty and clear explanations gave me full confidence in my decision. What I appreciated most was Bill’s ability to make this transition, during an already stressful time, feel simple and secure. His communication and calm guidance made all the difference.
