Extra Space Storage

I spoke with Tracy I believe she is one of the managers she was very polite she gave me all the information we went over a lot of things I had a lot of questions and she did answer all of them. I have a lot of questions because I want to know everything up front and it seems like she was being very honest with me and I appreciate that.

I’m so happy with my choice of Extra Space Storage. I had previously used that drive-through storage facility on Scott Road and there is almost always a traffic jam or a wait for an elevator. No such problem at extra space. I am in and out easily and the fees are very reasonable. Also, every time I have needed help from staff, they have been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been a customer of ESS, 880 Sawmill rd.for a long time.They solved my storage problems quickly and efficiently.The sign in tenant process was easy and painless,as was the move out process.The staff was always helpful and always smiling.The Sawmill rd location is easy to get in and out of,has plenty of parking ,is well lit and much cleaner than others I have rented over the years( in many cities and states).I always felt safe going there after hours after dark and never had to wait for elevator or cart.I cannot say enough good.
