Thank you Shanna and Josue you're the best!!! You truly know your stuff and are very hospitable. The perfect pair to be in a high customer contact position. I had a seamless experience openning up an account at this facility. The business was clean and bright. Both employees were professional and knowledgeable. We had great banter and that's always a plus, especially with storage as it usually involves dealing with stressed out customers who are in transition, downsizing or generally in a flux. That said the smoother the transaction the better. I appreciated the ease of getting the space and the pleasant demeanor of the staff.

He explained the pricing, policies, and access details clearly, and made everything stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend! My unit is clean and safe ! I have a unit at delta storage since November of 2025. The beautiful Shanna with her pretty smile was very pleasant she show me around the place. If I ever had a problem she was always available to give me a help and hand. I appreciate the hours everyone there has been nothing but nice to me. I recommend you to use this place also very clean and smell good all the time.
