From the moment I walked in, Jay-Quan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. really thankful for the customer service from Jay-Quan and William at Extra Space! i was locked out of my work’s shared storage unit but they worked quickly and efficiently to confirm that i was on the shared contact list and get signed permission from the main contact to cut the locks, get me into the unit, and set me up with a new lock. i was a bit stressed but they were so calm and reassuring. appreciate you both for your help!!

Second time using ExtraSpace storage and it was amazing. I have zero complaints. Staff is always helpful and very attentive. Shout out to Jadira, Jay-Quan, and all the other staff members ( I wish I knew all their name, so I could have shout them out individually) !!! Thank you all.
