Stop and Stor Flatbush / Kensington

I came in today for assistance in accessing my storage unit. Jason welcomed me and was very understanding and nice. He directed me to Kim who could better assist me and Kim helped solve my problem! I am very appreciative of the staff at this location. I have been here since July and I have never had a bad experience. Samuel is usually the person I interact with, and he is just as kind and helpful. Thank you guys for treating always accommodating me.

I am not yet a renter, but holding a space at this facility with plans to secure something soon. I just had to shout out Samuel at the front desk for his incredible service, care, attention to detail and ensuring I was going to get the best for and value for my money. I stopped in impromptu to tour some units and inquire about availability. He did an assessment of my storage needs, made recommendations on how to most efficiently fit my items, and also researched other locations that may have better inventory or rate options. He was so kind, informative and professional which has been a huge contrast to the other companies I’ve visited and made me want to back out of my current hold, to proceed with you all, despite the cost being at a slight premium. I think the customer service value is worth it. He even added me to a waitlist for a larger space I’m hoping for. He’s definitely a star on your team, and I’m glad he’s the face when you come in the door. Thank you!!

Samuel at the service desk was very polite and very helpful. We didn’t have to wait too long to get the moving cart. The door was stuck to the floor due to painting of the floor and once I went to Samuel and requested assistance. Oreath responded to assist me in a timely manner. Thank you guys for the great service.
