Devon Self Storage Dallas, Texas

I had this place prior to becoming Devon self storage it was fine for while until this year. Recently in November 2025 someone broke into the storage unit. We were never informed the door was completely removed off. However when it came to increasing the cost super fast to be informed. Also our storage was directly behind the office. How could this happen? Well they didn’t have office manage from September to November. The doors did not close properly. In addition cameras didn’t work. When we mentioned about a police report the manager that was on site for that day stated that the owner would not be needed. Then a later to find out that was incorrect. When having in person conversations always follow up with email. I hope everyone’s else units do not get broken into. I’m glad to be leaving.

Great storage facility ,clean, secure, and easy to work with. Miya and Dayne were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!
