I just checked in so I cannot speak from a long-term perspective however, I can at least discuss my first impressions. Easy sign up Online or in person with some promotions available if you look out for them, clean climate controlled facilities. Good security with your own door code and reasonable open hours. Pretty close to major roads and easy to get in and out. You DO need a purchase one of their locks, and the lock cutting fee is not cheap. They have several packing and store supplies available for purchase in the office. In terms of the unit, I have a 10 x 15’ unit. Pretty wide entrance, mine is ground level so easy loading unloading period. I did not notice a ton of bugs or pest. Semi trucks and large moving trucks are able to park under the awning with ease. I know some handicap accessible units right in the front as well.
