I had a fantastic experience renting a unit here. The facility is clean and secure, but what really stood out was the customer service. Allison was incredibly nice and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect size unit for my needs. Highly recommend asking for them if you stop by!

From the day Allison took over managing this location she has been extremely friendly and super helpful! She was a huge help in obtaining a secondary smaller unit when I was downsizing. I am currently in the process of moving out of state and I have a unit in 2 states. Recently I was due for a rate increase on my unit in Florida, it was a huge jump. Allison called me before I even realized my rate was being increased by that much and told me she would see what she could do about getting it lowered. She went above and beyond in making sure that my rate was kept within an affordable increase and was extremely appreciative of my years of loyalty as an Extra Space customer. She stays on top of all things at this location. It is always clean and well maintained. She is available for any and all questions or assistance she may be able to offer and she holds her staff to the same standards. I can guarantee you will always be greeted with a smile, kindness and professional courtesy. I would highly recommend this company and specifically this location to anyone having storage needs!
