Kenia has been the manager here when it was Extra Space Storage. I've always found her to be helpful, well organized and friendly. Since SROA took over, the property grounds are much cleaner with just Kenia running everything by herself.

The worst experience with customer service. Rates arbitrarily went up, charging me double the rate. After calling and speaking with Kenia, she called back and confirmed the rate was going to be adjusted for the following month which never happened. Then Extra Space Storage sold to Storage Rentals of America and the SAME staff member Kenia claimed ignorance about our in person and phone conversations from the last month. DO NOT TRUST anything they say, once they have your credit card info, they will charge you whatever they want, no prior notice and no refunds. STAY AWAY from this place. The storage space is not well kept (debris, roaches, mice), unprofessional staff.

I can’t say enough good things about this Extra Space Storage & especially the store manager, Kenia! From the first time I walked in, she made the whole process so easy & stress-free. She knows her stuff inside & out, answered all my questions, & even went the extra mile to help me find the perfect unit for what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about people – she’s friendly, professional, and has this energy that makes you feel like you’re in great hands. It’s not often you meet a manager who takes that much pride in their work, but Kenia absolutely does. Honestly, she’s the reason I chose to keep my things here and why I’ll keep recommending this location to everyone I know. If you need storage, go see Kenia. She’s the BEST!
