Amy, the property manager, went above and beyond in terms of keeping me informed about my rental. I reserved a 10x20 in early November, for use starting Dec. 1. The policy, however, is that a reservation doesn't guarantee a space, if someone else comes in waving a check. Amy called me regularly to let me know how many 10x20s were left, so that if necessary, I could move up my starting date. Beyond that, she was friendly, funny and helpful when I came in to begin the rental. I see that multiple other customers have mentioned her by name in their reviews. I hope someone is noticing at headquarters ... She's a major asset.

I was greeted by Ms Amy and she was so delightful. I came in there with a nice deal but when I met Amy, she worked hard to give me an even better deal. This saved me money and I was so excited about it! Amy is truly lovely..... Awesome customer service!
