They charged me $20 misc charge because I left @ 9:05 and the gate hours are 6am to 9pm this was a one time event. I'm not somebody who does this regularly. Due to my heart condition I rarely even have the strength to come down here. I've been a tenant here for almost ten years safety has not been an issue. I'm never there, I never go into the office, I usually pay online. Not cool, their customer service is garbage and the management is greedy it seems, so I will be clearing out of here as soon as I am able to. Unsatisfied customer

I've been a customer at this facility for many years. Management has always been wonderful people. This time, is no exception. Ana, the new property manager, has been so helpful, so kind, understanding and patient. I have always been sad to see the management change, but am extremely happy with Ana and her team. No complaints and nothing but praises from me She has helped me consolidate multiple storage units to save more money and helped make the transition easy. During the consolidation of the units, she offered for us to use equipment they had on site to make it easier for us. Thanks for being awesome guys! That means you too Wally 😉

I have rented here for over a decade. We came here the first time because they had one of the best security records in the state (my ex knew how to figure that stuff out) and they have always been the kindest, most accommodating people. Very flexible and understanding, and very helpful. Clean, secure environment, well lit and handled with great care. Can't say enough nice things about them.
