Public Storage

Recently, I decided to rent a storage unit at my local Public Storage, and I am very satisfied with my decision. I am currently renting a 5x5 unit and it’s more spacious back you would think. I felt confident in choosing this location thanks to Lisa. She was very patient with me as she walked me through the entire process, and she was very knowledgeable! I appreciate the kind customer service Lisa provided. The following day, I returned to the store to purchase additional packing material, and I was assisted by another kind employee named Dan. Thank you all for the help!

Maricela is amazing I’ve caught her at the desk twice and we always end up chatting. My experience here has been stellar. Moving up from a 5x10 to a 10x10 has been a massive leap and the difference is enormous. The pricing here is pretty affordable too and now the location offers 24/7 for $30/mo which is nice but though I paid it and upgraded I’ve only used once! 😂 The one time I needed it though was client / event necessary and so was completely needed and for you other vampires out there may be the move. Always feels safe and with other businesses in the building there’s always someone around. Will miss it now that I’m swapping to another space in South San Jose. If you find a good deal that’s a bit bigger than you need I suggest you take it! Pop by Pho VN as well lol.

I googled several other storage places in the area(there are at least 4 within a 1 mile radius) read the reviews and none of them had such positive feels like this one. " DAN WAS GREAT....PLACE IS CLEAN.....DAN TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME." WELP...they were RIGHT! DAN IS AWESOME! I was feeling anxious about the process and Dan helped me through it all. He's knowledge and shared best practices from his decades of experience in storage. He was extremely helpful while I figured out what unit was best for me. And he even accidentally unsold me to a bigger unit because after talking with him and really considering all of my belongings, I DEFINITELY CHOSE WRONG initially! If you want GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. A clean, orderly & organized storage space....THIS IS THE ONE!!
