I had my vehicle here for nearly 3 years and just ended my term as I am moving away. What you see is what you get and it was what I needed at a competitive price. Getting an assigned space did take some time so leave a voicemail and be patient. Ending my lease was easy and Chuck did respond quickly and made the process easy. Would recommend.

Management does not return phone calls. The number on my contract is disconnected. The phone number listed goes to voicemail saying someone will return the call in 24 hours. Manager has given up on customers. Does not care.

Terrible. Their phone message says they will return your call within 24 hours. I called 4 times in the last week and no one will return my call.
