I called with questions pertaining to storage cost and availability. The representative I talked to was named Trevor I believe. He was extremely helpful and polite. Any question I had he was able to answer with no issues! Compared to other facilities I have used, his customer service is exemplary. Very pleased with this young man! Do NOT take anything you can possibly value here. We used this storage for a while. When we finally went to retrieve all our belongings 😲 😱 we found baby mice/rats do not know what kind did NOT stay around to find out. Feces from said rats and torn up paper on ALL our belongings from them nesting. Due to health and contamination we immediately left ALL our property. They have now contacted us saying they will charge US a cleaning fee. DORAVILLE SELF STORAGE SHOULD BE PAYING US FOR OUR PROPERTY BEING DAMAGED!!! THEY ACTUALLY TRIES TO CHARGE US. 😲 😱 ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!! YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE RUINED!!!!

I'm not very impressed with the business. The phone operator didn't explain that you don't get a whole month when you rent in the middle of the month. Next they will charge you for a lock that you return and say it's your fault.
