I had a nice experience at "E" Street Storage. I confirmed my reservation, and I rented a storage unit without a problem.

I LOVE this facility! The staff are all friendly and helpful. I also got a GREAT deal on my unit. The unit is also alarm protected. It was perfect to rent a Uhaul truck from the same location so returning it once I was done storing my items was a breeze.

Public Exposure" Review I am officially terminating my business with this facility due to blatant discrimination and egregious management practices. After months of being a paying tenant, I was approached by a staff member in a golf cart who harassed me while I was actively moving items. Despite seeing me enter the gate and access my unit multiple times, she accused me of 'loitering' and demanded I vacate the entire unit within 2 hours—while it was raining—with no regard for potential damage to my electronics or my physical well-being. When I attempted to resolve this in the office, the staff member was unprofessional, smirking, and hid her phone while pretending to consult an unnamed 'owner' or 'manager' who never reached out to me directly. Instead of resolving the conflict, they chose to issue a refund to force an immediate move-out rather than addressing their employee’s discriminatory behavior. Furthermore, I was subjected to ongoing intimidation, with staff members standing over me and giving me 'dirty looks' while I worked to pack my belongings. As a professional and a landowner, I find this environment hostile and culturally insensitive. I strongly advise others—ESPECIALLY MINORITIES i—TO AVOID THIS FACILITY . They do not value their customers, and their management lacks the basic ethics required to run a reputable business.
