Just started renting but so far super excellent service and great indoor room temperature place to rent close to home !!

Kicked me out from renting just because my car “leaks to much oil for his liking” and this isn’t something I have stored there … it’s my car I drive there ..so me using his facility is the reason he kicked me out I even payed a “admin fee “ witch I’m pretty sure is a deposit but it wasn’t if I could give NO STARS I would

I HAD 2 UNITS AT THIS FACILITY. MOVED OUT OF 1 IN NOVEMBER. MOVED OUT OF THE SECOND IN DECEMBER. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION THIS COMPANY JUST WENT INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND TOOK JUST UNDER $400 TO COVER BOTH UNITS. THEY SAY ITS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM BUT REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, STRESS, OR 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAY DELAY IN ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK. THEY THINK THE BURDEN BELONGS 100% ON MY SHOULDERS. I WAS DISMISSED WITH NO CONCERN FOR THE EXTENT THAT THIS WILL AFFECT ME. IM NOT SURE HOW A COMPANY CAN JUST GO INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION, SO LONG AFTER YOU'RE DONE, BUT ITS NOT OK! A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WOULD BE HAPPY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I WILL BE SEAKING FURTHER LEGAL ACTION.
