Jared was super helpful and giving me the information I needed to get in here with the semi truck. The place has a great layout and everyone's very accommodating. If I lived in the area would be more than happy to get a unit from these guys

What started out as a payment issue for me, turned out to be the best experience I’ve had to date with Extra Space Storage at the Airport Blvd location! Jared, the employee I had the pleasure of working with, went above and beyond! He took time and gave great customer service and showed interest in sincerely getting my questions and request answered! I really appreciate that. Even when I didn’t think anything would go forward and I had just decided to move to another storage company, I was happily surprised, when I received a call that Jared (I think worked behind the scenes) got what I requested done. What great customer service! I recommend this storage facility on Airport Blvd, if you are looking fora storage and someone to work with you to get things done! Thank you!

We had a great experience with Extra Storage on Airport Boulevard, largely thanks to Jared. He went out of his way to follow up after noticing that our unit appeared unsecured, just to make sure everything was properly closed out and that our account was fully taken care of. His communication was proactive, clear, and genuinely helpful — it was obvious he cared about doing things the right way and looking out for customers. We really appreciated him reaching out and making sure there were no loose ends. Great customer service all around.
