When I first rented my unit here, everything was great - good location, no hiccups with the unit. The issues I have are not with this particular location but with the online billing system. I have been renting this unit month to month with automatic renewal charged to my card. A couple of months ago, I was suddenly charged double the price with no notice of any changes sent to me, and when I checked online, the units were still the same price. I called customer service, and they couldn’t explain what had happened - they claimed they would completely waive my next month’s fee to net it out to the original price I was paying. They only took 10 dollars off the next month, but I let it go as it appeared the pricing had been fixed. Two months later, the SAME thing has just happened where I got charged way more than my unit’s price with no notice. It’s a nightmare to get a hold of customer service when this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. So beware if you rent from here for more than a month, as they will try to secretly jack up the price.

I purchased twenty four hours access online but the facility does not offer it. I prepaid and although the rent and the lock fee were refunded, the administrative fee was not refunded even though I did not proceed to use this facility. Please be careful before you rent.
