The employees are very nice but there has been mouse shit all over my unit EVERY time I have gone there and it has only gotten worse. There was mouse shit all over my STUFF last time and we don’t keep food in our unit. EDIT: when we moved out we realized that a lot of our stuff has been ruined by the mice pooping and peeing and nesting in it. We want to file an insurance claim on our stuff with Extra Space and also get money back for the rental fees.
