Extra Space Storage

Kept some things here for a few months while I was packing for a move - the team was amazing and helped answer any questions when I was moving in, and I had no issues accessing my unit or my things. They have great dollies to use, boxes for purchase if you need them, and the location is overall pretty quiet since I’ve been coming here. Would def use them again if I wasn’t moving out of state!

I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage thanks to Rakeya, Jaret, and Clareli. Jaret was super helpful over the phone. He answered all my questions and made the process feel easy before I even arrived. When I came in person, Rakeya went above and beyond. She took the time to make sure I was getting the right storage unit for my needs, walked me through the facility, and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my decision. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. Overall, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-organized, and the customer service really stood out. Highly recommend working with this location if you’re looking for a smooth, stress-free storage experience!

I was in there not too long ago and was assisted by Rakeya. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable, was able to answer every question, and understood what I was looking for. Usually I’m confused when workers just try to get a paycheck but Rakeya didn’t rush me at all. She definitely earned her coins and more! I will recommend anyone who is moving and need extra storage to stop in and ask for Rakeya! You won’t be disappointed.
