Extra Space Storage

New to this storage place. We are coming from down the block on north ave side- Safeguard self storage. We had to leave, they were increasing their prices every two months it was insane. We got the same thing here for 75% less than what we were paying over there! We got assigned a room we werent so happy with but Shawnesse was very helpful and changed our rooms with no problem. Gave us a lil tour told us where everything is and also let us know how we can have a easier access to come in. So far so great!

Great customer service skills. They help me picked out the perfect space for my item to go into. They showed where I can pulled into and how to get into the unit
