I had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially working with Lance. I needed help on very short notice during a big life transition, and he went above and beyond to accommodate me. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and feels safe and secure, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. During a stressful time, having someone be that responsive and kind made a huge difference. I’m truly grateful for the support and highly recommend this location. Thanks again Lance!

Lance Harmon is exceptional!!! Like what?!! He was very thorough, professional, and competent. Not sure where you guys found this guy, but this was the best experience I have every had with this company. I could tell he knew what he was doing and actually went out of his way to help each person individually, making sure they understood every detail with a kindness to him. I actually felt helped. I got what I was looking for that I even signed up for more months just because his delivery was perfectly explained. I am so grateful.

Lance was the greatest! He helped us transfer to a larger storage unit and save us money! The entire transaction maybe took 10 minutes!
