I opened an account here at the 2235 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907 location. Tiffany, who helped me, was a very kind and pleasant person. She calmly and patiently resolved my problems, including not being able to find my card. She was super kind and I highly recommend this location. I am very happy with her service. Tiffany by far is one of the best customer service reps Ive been helped by in years..She walked me to my new storage , gave me a tour, explained everything clearly n thoroughly. And made me feel welcome and appreciated as a new customer to her but repeat customer to this location. She is Awesome Give her a raise! well deserved in my opinion n i run my own businesses and been a supervisors in many!🫂
