I have had such a wonderful day experience with Akira at this location she is so professional and so patient. Very timely service and she is detailed oriented which is appreciated. This is now my favorite location just because of her. She is always a pleasure to work with and highly recommend her service.

So disappointed! When extra space, the staff went above and beyond. Informative, helpful, pleasant. Since switch I've dealt with staff on the phone and had one employee be difficult and said she was the manager only to stop in office for clarification and the manager I spoke to was not the one on the phone and said other employee lied. This manager was helpful. Next visit, the gate was broken, the doors to storage were stuck open, and the office was closed at 10am. Things happen, people get sick so maybe that's why no one there. Left a message, no call back. Next stop, needed to use the bathroom, garbage all over the floor no towels no toilet paper, everything dirty. Asked for tp in office, he sauntered to the area where it is kept and handed over one roll. East elevator today doesn't open all the way limiting access. Bathroom no tp, toilet disgusting. Walk into office, neither employee greeted me. I turned around and left saying bathroom needed attention. The broken drive up gate is gone. Had I gotten a return phone call I might have tried again today. Instead I resort to this public forum. I'm somewhat nervous with my name on here. Is a rate increase for just me next? But if I'll say it behind "your" back I have to be willing to have "you" hear it. I hope for change.

I stopped in for pricing info. Steve explained how the rentals work. He took me on a tour of the facilities, explained how well the facility is maintained, and how they offer locks and insurance WITH NO DEDUCTIBLES! That's amazing!!!! And their offices are closed on Sundays, so their employees have family time. I will definitely be recommending EXTRA SPACE STORAGE to people. 😇
