Extra Space Storage

This was most definitely the easiest storage experience I have ever had. I completed the rental completely online without having to speak to anybody when I got there 10 minutes later the key was waiting for me with a lock, just as promised, and it went off without a hitch. I did also receive a call later from the manager, making sure that everything went well and asked me. I’ve had any questions which was awesome. I can’t think of a single thing that I would’ve liked to have happen differently. It was a perfect set up and so far everything is awesome.

Jessica was kind, patient and professional and made the process of renting a storage unit a breeze. I wasn’t sure about the size unit I needed so Jessica showed me several units in different buildings to help me choose the best fit. Outstanding customer service and well-run facility – highly recommend!

Kimberly really helped us out today. She was able to look through all the units and get us the best deal for the size we needed. She showed us the unit, walked me through the signing process and we were out the door in less than 20 minutes! Very satisfied with the speed and professionalism. Plan to have an extra space storage for a long time to come.
