Great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, organized, and easy to access. Jasmine was very helpful and professional. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made the process simple and smooth. Overall, solid service and a good experience. I’d definitely recommend this location.

I had such a great experience at the facility in Hawthorne. Jasmine was very welcoming and helpful, she answered all my questions. And provided me excellent customer service. I also met Britney who was very friendly and showed me around the facility. I’m very happy with my experience here overall!

I showed up around lunchtime. Door was locked. But there was a sign that said someone is here, but on property. They left a number. I was helped out by the manager who very kind and attentive. I had reserved and paid online. Easiest process ever. I brought some boxes and started up right away. I was given a free lock too. They have a great app that when you arrive near the entrance or exit gate you can just tap a button for it to let you in or out - pretty slick. Great price! They have everything you need. Very safe and quiet location 👌.
