Jasmine was very nice and friendly. She gave me great customer service experience and made it easy to understand my lease terms. She explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions accordingly. Clean and feels safe at this location.

I had a great experience with this rental facility thanks in large part to Jasmine. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to walk me through the entire rental process, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood every detail. Her clear communication and friendly attitude made everything so much easier. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence in storing my belongings here.
