US storage has been a great experience. Sign up was easy and the staff is very friendly. Benson, the property manager, is a rockstar and gets the job done! Would high recommend coming here for the facility and customer service

I have been at this location for 3 years and have had great customer service. This location is exceptionally well run and clean, which is more than I can say about other storage companies in the immediate area. Benson is a pleasure to work with.

We been using this storage center location for more than 8 yrs now, and I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience my husband had during his recent visit. An employee named Paola spoke to my husband in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Her tone and attitude were completely unacceptable and left him feeling disrespected. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, and this interaction fell far below that standard. I’m posting this here because I believe management should be aware of Paola’s behavior and take appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. We hope to see improvements moving forward, as respectful communication is essential to good service.
