After seeing that my unit doubled in price, I called to let them know I was moving out the following morning. I never received a notice of increase by mail, email or by phone. Charged $200 for half a day of the next month. Managers are not helpful or understanding. I never got a call back from Bray to explain with certainty, just a worker from another location telling me she should be able to refund me. She says I moved out 3 days later. ( check the cameras). She has no idea what's going on in her location. I told her if I'm going to get charged the full month then I should get to keep the unit for the entire time. She said no, of course, and asked if I wanted to book the unit again and get charged the initiation fee too. They know how to throw salt on the wound.

This place is amazing 10/10 would recommend! The initial sign up process was extremely easy I did everything online(saved a few bucks 😉)I met Ali first she went above and beyond to help me and ensure I had the right measurements that would accommodate my needs! Later met a few other employees they were all so sweet ! The facility at all locations smells clean and welcoming! 🦋🦋🦋
