My wife and I and are extremely happy with the customer service over to the calling center always answering our questions, and even more with the kind of service that Arie has provided us in person, every since she started working over at the Lake Elsinore location, she has always been so kind and helpful in all matters, she has always been such a great amazing employee, very professional and her persona just makes this location above 5 stars. Very valuable employee!

Ariadna was very kind and helpful! She walked us out to a couple different units and showed us the best space for our budget and all the items we had to store! Ari made the move in process super easy and fast! We got a new unit and move our stuff in so fast! Extra space has nothing compared to these workers! :)

I had an excellent experience at Prime Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access — but what really made the difference was the customer service. Delia is absolutely amazing! She is welcoming, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to help. She took the time to answer all my questions, walked me through the process, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this good anymore. If you need storage, I highly recommend choosing Prime Storage and asking for Delia. She’s the best! 🙌
