Extra Space Storage

This was the best experience I have ever had! Freda is the sunshine of Lake Elsinore! She made this such an easy experience when I was very anxious about this move. She found out what I had, provided the space and told me what I needed to get started. The facility is so clean, safe and I feel so confident now. Thank you Freda! ☺️😊

Freda was a wonderful help to us. I had foolishly left my bag in front of my storage. Freda recovered it, kept it safe, and when I asked her about it she promptly returned it to me with all my items and valueables intact and accounted for. Truly a wonderful service and the definition of trustworthy! 10/10

Once again Freda showed us the best hospitality and service. she very quickly showed us what we were buying, wrote up the paperwork and kindly gave us water and answered all our questions. 10/10 will continue to store my extra stuff here.
