This place is amazing! The manager Christopher is so friendly and helpful. He explains everything in advance and has a very professional demeanor. The unit was spotless and I felt safe every time I dropped off things. We needed storage quickly so we could empty our house for sale and I am so happy I called Right space. I definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with how this storage facility has treated us after nearly eight years of tenancy—and notably, long before the current ownership ever purchased this complex. We signed our lease in November 2018 and were already established, compliant tenants well before new management took over. Unfortunately, since that transition, customer service, fairness, and basic respect have significantly declined. Despite our long-standing history of on-time payments and full compliance, we were subjected to repeated and unjustified rent increases. These increases showed absolutely no consideration for customer loyalty or longevity. Long-term tenants like us were treated as expendable, as though our nearly eight years of reliability meant nothing. Raising prices while offering no improvements, no added value, and no loyalty accommodations is a blatant cash grab—not good business. What ultimately pushed this situation from frustrating to unacceptable was the decision to force us out after eight years under the false claim that we were storing “perishable” items. This accusation is not only wrong—it is careless and uninformed. The items in question were spices, which are not perishable goods. For clarity: perishable items are defined as goods that spoil, decay, or become unsafe for consumption quickly, often requiring refrigeration or special handling, such as fresh meat, dairy, fruits, or vegetables. Spices are dry, shelf-stable goods with long storage lives, commonly kept at room temperature for extended periods. They do not spoil rapidly, do not create odors when properly sealed, and do not pose any health or safety risk. Labeling spices as perishable demonstrates a complete lack of understanding of basic storage definitions or an intentional misuse of policy to justify removal. To be removed after nearly eight years—especially based on an inaccurate and indefensible interpretation of your own rules—is unacceptable. This decision caused unnecessary disruption, stress, and financial burden, and it sends a very clear message: loyal customers mean nothing under current management. It is deeply disappointing that a facility we supported long before the ownership change now chooses to push out long-term tenants instead of valuing them. The combination of aggressive price increases, disregard for loyalty, and wrongful eviction reflects poorly on both local management and corporate oversight. Potential customers should be aware that tenure and reliability offer no protection here. If management can discard an eight-year tenant this easily, they can do it to anyone. I strongly urge corporate leadership to review this situation and reassess how long-term customers are treated. Until then, this facility will remain an example of how not to run a customer-focused business. -Mike Magee

From start to finish with the process of moving out of one unit, and downsizing to another, Christopher was amazing. Not only did he help us find a unit close to the one we moved out of, but he made the transition seamless. Christopher’s communication and assistance was impeccable. Due to his professionalism and transparent communication, we will be recommending this facility to anyone we know, but specifically Christopher. Thank you for the help!
