Shavon the manager was amazing. I came in concerned about my rate increase. She was helpful and courteous. She went over the rates was able to adjust mine. I was so appreciative, they care about their costumers and obviously want to keep to keep them. Great customer service.

Renting my storage space on Extra space storage was a delight experience for several reasons, the super clean space that I found was not normal in this kind of business. The space denoted that someone is en charge in a positive way, but maybe the most important thing occurred when Shavon, the manager aboard us, she was very amicable and offered a lot of information about the place it was for us a game changer once again not normal in this type of business. That’s was I came to her office to be grateful due that the way she welcome us , she deserves to be told to the big administrators, people of the character of Shavon needs to be hire over there.
