⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give **10 stars**, I would—no exaggeration. I just moved into storage and **Ken Rolle** made the entire experience ridiculously easy. The **price was great**, the **availability was perfect**, and the **attention and service** were top-tier from start to finish. But let me talk about the **cleanliness** for a second… WOW. I opened the unit and literally thought, *“There’s no way this is a storage facility.”* It smelled SO clean I almost didn’t want to put my stuff in there 😅 Seriously—immaculate. Ken was friendly, professional, and genuinely cares. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every detail. If you’re looking for storage, **stop searching**. This is the place, and **Ken Rolle is the reason**. 10 stars in my book. Highly, highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This storage facility has a lot of hidden theft issues — don’t let the security code door and elevators fool you. I rented a unit here for over a year. The storage unit latches can be easily compromised regardless of the lock you use. The Value Protection Plan you pay for each month is also a misleading, they ignore claims and offer no real help when you need it. On June 11th, 2025, I visited my storage unit to retrieve some important documents that had been stored in a hot pink binder. (Mistake #1 never leave important documents inside a storage unit). Inside that hot - pink binder were important documents, including checkbooks, birth certificates, and other sensitive Information that could potentially be used for identity theft. This was my first visit in over eight months, around the time I originally signed my contract. However, when I reached my storage unit, I immediately sensed something was off, several boxes and items appeared to have been rearranged which struck me as unusual. I tried to dismiss the feeling since the furniture still seemed to be in place. I spent over an hour going through every box and container in the unit, but the folder was nowhere to be found. So I left thinking perhaps I misplaced it. On July 4th, 2025, I revisited my storage unit, and to my surprise, the hot-pink binder I had previously spent an hour searching for was conveniently in plain view on top of a container. This immediately raised my suspicions, and led me to believe that someone had tampered with my property. I reported this break in to corporate and requested for the camera footage in the storage area, it’s been over months and no action taken. Or compensation given for the additional items stolen out of my unit. I do not recommended using this storage facility.

From the moment I walked in I was received with a welcome and I was helped with everything I needed. Ken Rolle was amazing, very polite and helpful. Helped answer all my questions and was able to show me the unit before signing the lease. I have recommended two other family members to come here.
