I needed a storage spot for my mother and this was the perfect place. Daniel was extremely attentive and helpful, taking his time to explain the options available to us and what would be the best fit. We had gone earlier in the week and came right to him! He made the process so easy and when I needed help with closing the unit door, he quickly came to the rescue and assisted us. It was a genuine joy to work with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a storage unit!

I have literally been a tenant at this Storage Facility for MORE than ten years. Circumstances have happened that caused me to no longer need a Unit at the Facility in Miami, on 72nd Street. The entire time that I have been a Tenant there, the Staff have always treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism! There have been many upgrades to the Facility over the years that I have been a Tenant there. If I EVER need to rent a Storage unit again, I can promise you that Extra Space Storage will be where I go! The Staff there, especially Daniel have been helpful, courteous, and always professional, and I appreciate everything they’ve done for me. I’m a true and loyal fan of Extra Space Storage!
