Sharmayne usually has the answer to my many questions! Diandra was great in dealing with my last move in, I asked to switch uints before moving in and they were very helpful! Shoutout to the Extra Space Storage team on 51st between 11th and 12th Ave — you all are seriously amazing. From day one, everyone was super kind, patient, and helpful, especially during a pretty stressful time for me. The place is clean, well-organized, and feels very secure, but what really makes this location stand out is the staff. They genuinely care, explain everything clearly, and go out of their way to help. It never felt rushed or transactional — just good people doing their jobs really well.
