Extra Space Storage

I had a really positive experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Anthony. I originally rented my unit online and came in just to finalize things, and Anthony made everything super easy. He was thorough in showing me around, explaining how to use the lift, and getting me to my unit. He was also incredibly kind and empathetic when I shared a bit about my previous storage loss and made me feel heard. Overall, it was a straightforward and supportive experience. Thanks, Anthony!

I really am disappointed and don’t want to do this review. My unit is flooded! I brought it to the attention of the staff Heather and stated I would be back on Saturday to move my unit. I got to the office at 529 let’s say it was 530 as I pull in Anthony turns out the lights and locks the door! lol how about that for customer service. Heather was sweet and came out and spoke to me but said Anthony already closed out so now I’m in my flooring unit trying to salvage what I can. My fault for running so close but why not just make the move that was already set. Anthony do better!

What a fantastic experience! The assistant manager was incredibly helpful—super friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a free tour. I was genuinely impressed with the facility. Her customer service was exceptional; I believe her name was Heather, and she was just so, so nice. Although the promotional rate only lasts for a month, the first impression she made will last a lifetime. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
