Great experience with Kayra! Beyond doing what she needed to do help me with my storage unit she went the extra mile to make it happen for me. She was enthusiastic, friendly, efficient and very clear on what I needed to do. Her follow up was impeccable. Thank you Kayra for graciously helping me.

Kayra was very helpful when I had a small issue with my storage unit. She was patient and efficient and got my issue fixed DURING THE HOLIDAYS. The property is also very clean and secure. Great experience.
