Extra Space Storage

Sam at Extra Space Storage has been incredibly helpful and very proactive in assisting me. Being new to Extra Space and the tech now used for security, she jumped in when she saw I was having some initial challenges. Since then she has been truly helpful during my storage efforts in prep for moving. It's extremely nice in this day and age to have great customer service, which seems rare in many places. Sam is awesome in making sure the customer is helped.

Edited 9/14/25, a year or so later, This place is kind of awful customer support. Original post: Ted Martynowski provides excellent customer service. I was really impressed by this location. It has digital access via Bluetooth. Keys are Bluetooth so you don’t have to bring a key or buy one. Location is clean and has easy access. Way nice than the other extra space storage locations I visited in Orlando. Max height 13”6 for the entryway.

I had a great experience getting extra storage space, thanks to Shirley Londono. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Shirley made everything easy to understand and ensured I got the right storage solution for my needs. Excellent customer service—I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend working with her.
