Extra Space Storage

Honestly if I was writing this review yesterday it would have been five stars. Everything has been great since I moved in in November (3 months ago). Space worked, gate worked, and space was well lit and clean and secure. I had paid easily online and paid 5 months in advance over the first few weeks I was there. Just got paid and went in to buy another few months and noticed my $114 a month 10x20 unit was now $194/mth and was set up to auto pay from my card that I'd authed to be auto paid for $114! When I called to ask what happened, I was told that the rate I'd signed up for what the special online rate and they could change it at any time since they had less availability now. So apparently this place thinks it's good business to drive out the guy who's already moved in and pre paid several months in advance because they think they can get more for the unit? Or maybe they think they can extort more money from me since my property is now filling the unit? Extremely disappointing to now have to find a new unit and move all my stuff because the folks can't be trusted to keep an honest rate. BEWARE the rates they post online are just a bait and switch! Tried calling for two weeks now to discuss the rate, and can't even get a person on the phone or anyone to call me back. This is certainly one way to do business...

I want to show a great appreciation for the young lady that assisted me. She was efficient, prompt and was able to guide me and answer all my questions professionally. I appreciate people who take their time and go the extra mile. Such a asset to your location. I will never forgety experience with Customer Service Received at this location and interaction with employee Jessica. Thanks for your help.

Jessica was so helpful. I was transferring storage units and I needed same-day help on site and she was able to get me into my new storage unit no problem no questions asked she was super nice super helpful and super efficient!
