Excellent!!! Affordable storage prices with flash sales. My brother recommend me to Extra Space Storage he used to rent storage with them when they first came out. Great experience from start to finish renting a storage through their online website. Daniel the person in charge of the storage is great & friendly willing to help and answer any questions you need.

I setup my storage online and everything was set and ready.....a flawless process! A month later, ran into an issue with accessing the unit after the new construction. Reported the issue to Daniel, site manager, and he quickly without hesitation, was able to come up with a practical solution to resolve the issue. Customer Service (800) number was not helpful and seemed unconcerned with my issue, but Daniel's customer service went above and beyond.....I am well pleased with Extra Space Storage and Daniel's outstanding customer service! Thank you!!!!

Daniel was extremely helpful from start to finish. He walked with us to show us the unit, answered all of our questions, and made the whole process super easy.
