Extra Space Storage

Storage is fine...Just know in 3 months time they're going to double the cost of your unit with no notice. Essentially they hook you with a lower cost then once you're good and moved in they'll double the cost because they know it's a lot of effort to move out. Shady as hell but welcome to customer service in 2026. You can see in other reviews they cite "market price" but I just checked the cost of my unit on their website for new customers and its the price I was paying the first couple of months. So. Its just a bait and switch.

We have been tenants of this facility for many years and this was my first time working with Katrina. She was very easy to work with and responsive to questions I had. I appreciate her professionalism and look forward to working with her in the future.

The customer service is very good . Deejay and Katrina were so helpful to me and matters concerning my unit. They both communicated with me in a timely and efficient manner. This location is very clean and accessible.
