Outstanding customer service from the Karla, manager at this location. Professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. From the very beginning, Karla always took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this storage location.

I had an outstanding experience at this Public Storage location, thanks to Brian. He went above and beyond by assisting me even before the facility officially opened for the day. Despite the early hour, Brian was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. What impressed me most was his extensive knowledge about the storage units, pricing options, and the entire rental process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. Brian took the time to help me find the perfect unit size for my needs and explained all the features and security measures in detail.

I am really disappointed in the way the rates have escalated. I started out one year ago with a $98/mo payment and today when I checked my bank account the payment has doubled to $206/mo. I'm sure this usuary is somewhere in the fine print, but they kind of have you by the ovaries, given that I would now need to hire a truck to move my stuff. Other than that, the place is clean and well lighted. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
