Fort Knox Self Storage - Lady Lake

Christian was great! He walked us through the process of renting units in Lady Lake from out of state. He explained everything, was so friendly, and totally professional. Our movers entered and loaded our belongings without a hitch. Thanks so much for great service!

The facility was clean; however, a strong mothball odor from a neighboring locker caused my RV belongings to absorb the smell. Although I was transferred to another locker, the odor persisted. Also, do expect significant rate increases every six months. I have now moved to another storage location.

Fort Knox - the name, alone, got to me! Great storage facility- fair pricing, convenient, comfortable neighborhood, spotless clean; but the outstanding customer service is the best feature - couldn’t be more accommodating. Hoping I find another storage facility as perfect as this one when I move back to Pennsylvania.
