First off, they make you write a review in exchange for a “free month,” also saying it helps “show their boss they’re doing their job.” That already says a lot. Now Steve was extremely helpful, patient, and respectful. He genuinely deserves recognition.Tina, on the other hand, made my experience terrible. I called to ask about extending my storage unit for another month and wanted her to explain how the process worked. From the moment she answered, she was huffing, puffing, and talking in a frustrated tone. While I was still on the phone with her, my mother went inside to speak with her directly. The second my mom walked in, Tina said, “I’m on the phone,” and gave her a nasty look. When we tried to calmly understand what she was saying, she got more irritated and said, “I’m fixing to close, is that it?” cutting us off completely. We left that interaction feeling confused and disrespected. Thankfully, Steve helped us the next day and resolved everything professionally, but that doesn’t erase how rude Tina was. In the end, I decided to cancel my storage unit altogether I refuse to give my money to a place that treats customers like that. This is not a good look for SmartStop Storage. And yes, I have proof of how Tina spoke to me and my mother.

I’ve just recently removed my belongings from here. I want to say thank you especially to Tina, you’re such a sweet soul. May God continue to bless you! My experience here was always pleasant. Always clean, and great customer service. My belongings stayed just the way they were when I initially placed them in storage! Dry, mildew free. Everything was safe and secure throughout the years. Thank you for a job well done in ensuring my things were safe.

This facility is exceptional. I thought the temperature was very comfortable, and the cleanliness was impressive. Tina, who works the front desk, was a pleasure to talk to. She was patient and thorough in explaining the security, the locks and gates, and the location of my unit. I will have no doubt that my belongings will be safe and secure.
