I stored all of my household items in one of their climate controlled storage units for 5 years. I was extremely happy to see that everything was clean and dry, no musty or mildew or mold smells at all. The staff is excellent and the facility is well maintained very clean. I highly recommend this facility.

This place literally sold my storage unit without ne knowing. My mother passed away and I put the unit in my name with all my contact info, they started taking the payments from my account that u gave them then stopped. When I called them they said they do not have any info at all in my name. How miraculous is that. So that being said all my mom's valuables and my deceased brothers valuables and I had belongings as well are gone. It's a punch in the gut. I am so passed and I spoke with Jason can't do anything for my I called the corporate off twice no call back I am beyond pissed.
