Fort Knox Self Storage

Absolutely terrible! We ordered a pickup rental and showed up to pick it up during their hours of operation. No one was there and no truck for us to pick up. We waited and called the phone number and spoke to a customer representative who said that someone cancelled our order two days prior. We didn’t ask for a cancellation and they couldn’t tell us why it was cancelled. We also never were notified.

Absolutely awful service. Straight 0 out of 5 stars. They don't even deserve one star. I do not recommend them. Do not ever ever use this U Haul because they will not help you. They won't help you, hitch it. They won't help you unhitch it. They'll tell you to move it all yourself...by hand into position, once it's in their possession, too. And the lady looked at us like we're crazy.

Mrs.Lisa is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire rental process smooth and easy. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and very secure with excellent lighting and security cameras, giving me complete peace of mind about my belongings. I especially appreciate the convenient access hours and the ability to easily manage my account. Overall, a fantastic self-storage experience, highly recommended!". I truly recommend Mrs. Lisa.
