Well run, great access, quality space, and super nice operator. Renters, I know, have reported they love this place because they reward you for your long term loyalty by not raising rent. Frisco Mini Storage was the first place I thought of when I needed to rent storage units for an upcoming move. I ended up requiring 3 units for my stuff and Ed was very accommodating and flexible with his options. The units were clean and easy to get to (all are drive ups). The address was just down the road from my house, which helped out quite a bit. He always picked up the phone when I called, and even went by and rolled down the door on my unit and let me know I left it open We had a good chuckle about it, but he is watching out for his tenants, that I know. His rates are competitive, and he will do what he can to get you taken care of. I still have one unit with some leftover stuff, but wanted to let others know about this little gem of a place. I rented from here for 8 years and never had any issues. Owner was very nice and kept my rate the same since I first started renting from him. If I need to store again I will be back!
