We had such a great experience with our moving team—Jevion, Jovon, and Deonta at Georgetown Moving and Storage Company ! They helped move ALL of our items out of our Washington, DC 2-bedroom apartment and into storage in Alexandria, VA in just under 3 hours!!!!!!! They were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. The team worked seamlessly together and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. We really appreciated their positive attitude, hustle, and attention to detail throughout the entire move. I was very impressed with the movers crew (Brandon, Shane and Jevon). They protected every single piece of furniture and glass, worked very efficiently, were friendly and personable, and it was simply a pleasure watching them work so well together. They even used the snowblower to clear the path around the house, so that they could get the treadmill out of the basement. Very grateful for their excellent work.

We had a terrible experience with this company and I would never do business with them again. The company broke expensive furniture, completely lost a large item, and charged us 2x the initial quote. They took no responsibility for this damage and the standard insurance policy has such a high deductible it’s practically worthless.
