Go Store It Self Storage

Great experience over all. 3 years. Facility mangers were always very very friendly and helpful. Location is interesting but the faculty itself is always clean and feels new. Office is open part of the week but I could always find someone on the open days vs. another storage unit I had where I could rarely find a person on site. Go store it really gets that customer service is important. Cali was very present and active around the facility and provided a very friendly seamless experience.

Thanks for your help Shannon! Such excellent service and a great value for money! Oh Snap! My 5 Star review just went to 1 star also! Shannon was still a great customer service rep BUT I just opened my space to find paperwork telling me that what I BELIEVED to be the monthly rent (and I reckon I can read ok seeing as how I taught English and other subjects for 20 years) goes up more than $100 a month after this "3 month promotional offer" is finished. Uh. What??? Absolutely not ok. It's still a gorgeous facility and convenient location that I can add to a longish list of things I can't actually afford.

Awesome staff! Clean, temperature-controlled building; easy but secure access! Great facility! Great service! AND ABOVE ALL: Callie at the Go Store It mini storage site in Cincinnati is the BEST! He’s extremely helpful, attentive, thorough, and just an all-around great person! He has always been reliable, friendly, and caring! THANK YOU!
